Juvia Miami: The Rooftop that sets the Standard
Miami’s stunning restaurant and lounge on the rooftop of 1111 Lincoln Road’s Herzog & de Meuron designed building on South Beach. Juvia is inspired by Miami’s cultural diversity and will beautifully blend the city’s natural beauty. The dining room features a vertical living wall designed by internationally acclaimed botanist Patrick Blanc that invokes the lushness of the Amazon Rainforest. Overseeing the kitchen is talented master chef Sunny Oh formally from Nobu, his protege Kaoru Chang and pastry chef Gregory Gourreau. A harmonious blend of the regional cuisines of Asia, the vibrant flavors of South America and classic French techniques offer diners an abundant selection of ceviches, tiraditos, fresh seafood and prime meats. Much like the restaurant’s design, the menu embraces the gorgeous bounty of nature, with the finest ingredients sourced locally and globally. Named after the indigenous Brazilian nut tree that nourished a culture.
